What Paper Sizes are Included?

To ensure flexibility, these printable templates come in different sizes and formats. You can easily print these files at the size you need, even if you are printing on a custom size paper.

For the best results, you will be printing each of the 3 PDF sizes above on letter size paper. Make sure your printer settings are set to actual size or 100%, and use a paper trimmer or paper cutter to get those clean edges after printing.

Both the Classic Happy Planner and A5 size have a black outline to cut around to ensure that your paper is perfectly sized for your planner.

Can You Use the Files in a Digital Planner?

YES! These files are designed to insert into a digital planner. You get two variations: transparent PNG and white background PNG.

Once you download the files, you can easily copy and paste them into whatever digital planning app you use.

How Can You Print the Printable Pages in a Different Size than Letter?

If you are printing directly onto A5 size, A4 size, etc. paper (instead of printing on letter size and trimming), you can either print the PNG file or print the letter size file.

In your printer settings, select the option that scales the paper down to the correct size of the paper you are printing on. Then, choose to center the file.

If you want to print the graph or dot grid paper directly on smaller paper (such as A5), you can print it so that it covers the entire page. When printing on a page smaller than letter size, print the letter size paper at actual size and centered. This will ensure the entire page is covered.

Depending on the size you are printing, the proportions of the document width or height may be off which will result in a larger white border around the paper. Unfortunately, there is no way to print the files perfectly sized to any size paper while constraining the proportions to fit every single size paper available.
