Wondering what in the world a free “undo list” printable is? It’s like a habit page for “undoing” bad habits. You know, those habits you’ve been trying to break for a year (or years). Drinking soda, saying you’re saying to everything, midnight snacks, etc.

Here is the blank example of the free “undo list” printable. You place your habit in the left rectangle and directly next to it, you write the replacement behavior (or steps you’ll take to stop this bad habit).

This year I have a few bad habits I’d love to break. One of which I have tried desperately to break but always fall back on it (saying that I am sorry for everything). These are all things that drive me {and my husband} crazy.
