What I love about s’mores is that you truly do make memories when creating s’mores. Unlike many desserts, you just sit and eat the dessert with friends. S’mores are an experience in addition to the sweet treat.
When I used the file, I used my Silhouette Cameo to cut out the smore memories SVG. I used it to create a sweet DIY s’mores gift basket for a raffle for our school’s spring fling festival. Look how cute it came out!

How to Use the Making S’more Memories SVG & Printable Gift Tags
DIY S’mores Gift Basket or S’mores Caddy Gift
Creating your own s’mores gift is so easy! All you need to do is grab a simple basket or bin, some s’mores supplies, and cut out and apply this cute making s’more memories SVG.
You can add anything to your basket that you would like. For my basket, I used a metal bin. Then I added the following items:
- 1 box of graham crackers
- 1 bag of standard marshmallows
- 1 bag of chocolate stuffed marshmallows
- 1 package of Hershey bars
- 1 package of Reese’s cups
- 4 roasting marshmallow sticks
S’mores Station
You can use it as a smore station SVG file, too! This file would be a wonderful addition to any s’mores station – you could print it in a large format sign or cut out large wall vinyls of the digital design.
Small S’mores Favors
You could use small plastic bags to make mini s’mores favors. You could include a couple of large marshmallows, some graham crackers, and a chocolate bar. The design file comes on gift tags that you can print and cut or cut out by hand.
Gift Tag for a S’mores Dessert
Make a sweet s’mores dessert, place it in a plastic food-safe gift bag, and add one of the gift tags.
S’mores Themed T-Shirt or Tote Bag
You could make such a cute camping shirt or shirt that would be perfect for a fall bonfire. It would also make a cute tote bag to take camping!
S’mores or Camping Storage
Do you use a special storage container for your s’mores materials or do you have camping storage containers? This file would be a super cute file to add some fun to an otherwise boring storage container.
New Home Gift
Have a friend that just moved into a new home? Buy them a new fire pit and use one of the PDF files to create your own s’mores gift tag. You can use the files as a camping gift SVG, too.
What if I Don’t have a Cutting Machine?
No problem! I included printable gift tags as well that can be cut out by hand. Just use a hole punch to punch the hole in the top after cutting. Unfortunately, the free cut files of the actual design may be too detailed to cut by hand.
What File Types are Included in this Free Smores SVG set?
There are multiple file types included. There are only digital files included. They are all in a high resolution ready to print or cut. You’ll get:
- SVG file
- Silhouette Studio File (so you won’t need Silhouette Studio Designer Edition to use it!)
- PNG file (with a transparent background)
- DXF file
- EPS files
- PDF of the gift tags
- JPG file of the gift tags
- Silhouette Print and Cut gift tags
- Cricut Print and Cut ready gift tags
*The best Cricut file is the SVG file. It is the one that has been tested with my Cricut Maker. If you want gift tags, make sure to use the Cricut Print and Cut ready PDF file.
What Programs Can you use the S’mores SVG with?
You can use it with any cutting machine or program that takes an SVG file. This includes:
- Cricut Design Space
- Silhouette Design Studio
- Brother ScanNCut
Silhouette owners don’t need to have Silhouette Designer Edition because it comes with a Silhouette file that you can open in any version of Silhouette Studio.
Can I Buy a Physical Item or a Physical Version of the File?
No, you will only receive is a digital download. There is no ability to purchase or get a free a physical product.
Tips and Tricks for Cutting Vinyl Designs

What type of vinyl should I use?
This type of file requires heat transfer vinyl to make t-shirts. I do not suggest using printable vinyl for this design as this design can easily be made with standard heat transfer vinyl.
While many people have an okay experience with Cricut vinyl, I suggest using a higher-quality vinyl. My favorite is Stahls CAD-CUT premium plus. It takes a bit to figure out the cut setting but it melts into the shirt beautifully. My second favorite vinyl is Siser Easyweed vinyl.
What file should I use for my machine?
It depends on the type of file your machine takes.
If you have a Silhouette machine, you can use the Silhouette Studio file or the SVG file.
If you have a Cricut or other brand of cutting machine, most often the SVG file should work.
Tips for Downloading the Free Files
Below is an arrow that says Download Below. Underneath that is a large image that says Click to Download the free files.
Once you click that, you will enter the members-only password and click submit.
The page will reload the same image and now when you click the image that says Click to Download the free files, it will open the Google Drive folder containing the free files.
