In this post, I’m sharing free weight loss tracker printables that include daily, weekly, and monthly weight loss logs. These tools are perfect for tracking your current weight, workouts, body measurements, and more. With multiple options, these trackers are flexible enough to fit into any fitness planner or weight loss journal.

What’s Included in the Free Weight Loss Printable Tracker Set?

These trackers were created with your weight loss journey in mind. Whether you’re aiming to hit a goal weight, stay hydrated, or keep track of your body fat, this set has you covered.

Since I am located in the US, I am going to use the term pounds for weight lost. But you can easily use it for kilograms instead – the word pounds isn’t on any of the trackers.

Here’s what’s included:

An iPad displaying a thermometer-style weight loss tracker labeled MY WEIGHTLOSS JOURNEY, placed on a mint-colored wooden surface next to a green apple, a bottle of orange juice, and a plastic container of salad with tomatoes and olives.

Thermometer bullet journal style tracker: Set incremental goals that you color in the thermometer as you hit each smaller goal. There’s a location for a goal weight (either total pounds lost or weight goal), start date, and end date.

A board-game-style weight loss tracker titled MY WEIGHTLOSS JOURNEY with a winding path of empty boxes leading from START to FINISH and spaces to record a goal, what each space equals, start date, and end date.

Gameboard bullet journal style tracker: Who said tracking weight loss had to be boring? Fill in an incremental weight goal in each game board space. Color in the game board space as you lose that weight. You can either fill in pounds lost (each square is equal to a one pound, two pound, five pound, etc. loss) or you can fill in a desired weight in each spot (each square would be a smaller goal weight until you hit your final finish line). It includes a place to fill in your goal weight or goal of total pounds lost, what each space equals in pounds, start date, and end date.

A hexagon-style weight loss tracker titled “My Weightloss Journey,” featuring numbered hexagons from 1 to 50 and spaces for goal, start date, and end date.

50 pound or kilogram hive tracker: This bullet journal style hive tracker has you color in a hive spot for every pound lost until 50 pounds (or kilograms) lost.

A blank hexagon weight loss tracker titled “My Weightloss Journey,” with empty hexagon shapes for custom numbers or goals and space to record goal, start date, and end date.

Blank pound or kilogram hive tracker: This bullet journal style hive tracker has you color in a hive spot for whatever amount you decide (1/2 a pound, 1 kilogram, 2 pounds, etc).

A numbered weight loss tracker titled “My Weightloss Journey” featuring scale icons labeled 1 through 50 and a special celebratory scale icon at the bottom for reaching the goal.

Scale Doodle Tracker with 50 scales: Each scale can represent a number of amount of weight lost or a smaller weight loss goal. Color in the scale as you hit that goal. There is a place to fill in your goal weight or pounds lost, start date, and end date. Available pre-filled in and also blank so you can fill in your own amount.

A weight loss tracker titled “My Weightloss Journey” featuring multiple rows of blank illustrated scale icons and space to record goal, start date, and end date.

Scale Doodle Tracker with 36 scales: Same as above but with only 36 scales

A weight loss tracker titled “My Weightloss Journey” with numbered scale icons from 1 to 30 arranged in rows and space at the top to record goal, start date, and end date.

Scale Doodle Tracker with 30 scales: Same as above but with only 30 scales. Available pre-filled in and also blank so you can fill in your own amount.

A weight loss tracker titled “My Weightloss Journey” showing five rows of scale icons arranged in a grid layout with room for a goal, start date, and end date.

Scale Doodle Tracker with 25 scales: Same as above but with only 25 scales.

A body measurement tracker titled MY BODY MEASUREMENTS with a blank female outline and labeled measurement areas for chest, neck, left arm, right arm, waist, hips, left thigh, right thigh, left calf, and right calf, plus a space for the measurement date.

Body Measurements tracker – body diagram: You’ll want to print multiple copies of this tracker. Write down the measurements for various spots of your body (chest, neck, arms, waist, hips, thighs, calves). You get two different bodies to choose from to use.

A landscape body measurement grid titled MY BODY MEASUREMENTS featuring rows for neck, arms, chest, waist, hips, thighs, and calves with blank grid cells for recording changes over time, decorated with tape measure and dumbbell illustrations.

Body Measurements tracker – table: There printable weight loss charts let you put in multiple dates worth of body measurements in the table. Write down the measurements for various spots of your body (weight, neck, arms, chest, waist, hips, thighs, calves). You get two options, one with and one without a spot to fill in weight. This is great for someone who wants to focus on inches lost rather than the number on the scale (important when building muscle) – we don’t always need a weight tracker, sometimes measurements are the better way to track progress. You can choose how often you want to check your measurements, a daily basis isn’t suggested but maybe once a week or month instead. There are different ways to track progress; do whatever is best for you.
