It’s so important to have a healthy water intake. It can be hard with all of the coffees, sodas, and other drinks out there. But it’s the most important thing for keeping your body healthy.

Look, I totally get that it’s just one more thing added to your already full to-do list. But, there are some easy ways to increase your water intake and using these free water tracker printables can be one of those things that will help. Plus, it’s a fun way to see the progress toward your new healthy habit.

What Comes in the Free Water Tracker Printable Set?

You will get not one but TWO different styles of trackers. One uses water droplets to keep track of your water intake. The second one, is styled after the ever so popular Stanley Cups.

The hand-drawn design was inspired by the Stanley tumblers. It’s the perfect way to see how many times you refill your tumbler in a day!

What is the Time Frame for the Water Trackers?

You get 3 options for how often you are tracking your water.

  • monthly water tracker for each month
  • weekly water tracker
  • daily water tracker

Since there are multiples of each tracker in the two different designs, I won’t show you every single one. But here is a sampling of what the trackers look like.

Here is an example of the monthly water intake trackers. You’ll get one for each month of the year and two for February (leap year/standard year).

How Many Oz are Being Tracked?

Everyone has their own needs when it comes to water intake. So it was important to me that I include the ability to create custom amounts of water since everyone’s needs are a little different. So thankfully, you’ll have custom ounce options for all of the types of printables.

For the weekly and monthly trackers, you will use the key to customize the amount of water each tumbler or water droplet represent. You can just say each one represents a glass of water or you can say the exact number of ounces.

For the daily trackers, you will get a bank tracker that you can put any oz amounts in plus, you will get 64 oz, 72 oz, 80 oz, and 88 oz, trackers.

How Do You Use the Digital or Printable Water Intake Tracker?

For the weekly tracker and monthly tracker, you will first set a key for how much each Stanley cup or water droplet represent.

For the weekly and monthly, you will track of your daily water intake for each day of the week or month. On the corresponding day, you will color in how may Stanley Cups or Water Droplets match the amount of water you drank that day. At the end of the week, you’ll be able to see if you drank enough water to hit your goal.

For the daily tracker, you can use the blank tracker you can decide how many ounces of water each section of the tumbler or water droplet represent. Or, use one of the pre-made trackers with set amounts of ounces. Then, color in the ounces as you drink throughout the day or color in the total at the end of the day.

Look for a Pattern

After 2-3 months of tracking, you’ll be able to really see if there is a pattern to your water intake. Plus, you will most likely have made progress on how much water you drink on a daily basis.

If you use a mood tracker or another tracker for healthy habits like activity level, it may be helpful to compare them to see if you can find a pattern.

What is the Best Paper to Use for the Water Trackers?

I suggest printing the water trackers on a sturdier paper such as a 32 lb paper, like this one from Amazon. You can use standard printer paper as well, but the thicker paper keeps pens and markers from bleeding through to the back.

Need Some Motivation to Drink More Water?

Here are a couple of suggestions to drinking more water.

It’s always a great idea to buy a new water bottle – it may be just the thing to encourage your new habit. Get one that reflects your personality or even one of those ones with a motivational quote to remind you to drink water.

They even sell a water tracker bottle. They are reusable bottles that show how many ounces of water you are drinking so it’s a lot easier to determine how many cups of water you are actually consuming in a day.

Another great way to drink more water is to simply add slices of lemon to it. The extra flavor may make a huge difference for getting you to enjoy water.

Do You Sell the Printed Files or Can You Mail Them?

No, unfortunately I do not sell a physical product of any kind. The only option is to download the digital files and print them yourself.
