Just download and print the pages that you are interested in. There is no need to print it all – you’d be wasting a ton of ink and paper.

Printable Planner Stickers Note
This is an important thing I want to point out for those of you downloading planner stickers. Just in case you didn’t finish the full how to video.
Make sure to download and use the sticker files that best meet your needs. There are different files for Cricut users, Silhouette users, people cutting stickers by hand, and for those of you using another type of craft cutting machine.
To ensure that the stickers print and cut correctly, it is important to use the ones designed for you specific machine or use.

This video shows you how to download the digital meal planner and planner stickers. It is an interactive PDF that you can import into any digital planning app that takes interactive PDFs (such as Goodnotes or Notability).
How to Navigate the Digital Meal Planner
If you plan to use one of the digital planners, I would suggest watching the video on how to navigate it so you can understand all of the hyperlinked items. Most hyperlinks are not surprising but same may be. It is incredibly helpful to watch the navigation video instead of just clicking around.
How to Navigate the Digital Recipe Book
This recipe book is separate from the digital planner. It can be used as a stand alone product. While its links are similar, there are a few differences as it stands on its own.
