How to Make Date Night Tokens with an xTool P2 Laser Machine
Materials Needed:
- Free date night tokens file
- Thin wood sheet (I suggest at least a 12 x 12 piece)
- Jar or Container
- Alcohol to clean the char
- Paper towel or towel for the alcohol

Easy Laser Product to Sell
Interested in buying the file to sell? For only $5, you can purchase a commercial license right here.
You can sell a set with a standard selection of date nights. OR, you can have your buyer provide their date nights.
If you choose to sell a standard set, you could include a few blank tokens so that the buyer can write in some of their extra date nights.
Pick & Choose Option at Craft Fairs
Have a craft fair in January? These would be so cute to sell at a craft fair.
But then you’re stuck with selling a standard set… or are you?
You could have a “choose any 20” option instead. Just pre-laser multiples of each date night token and organize them by token. Buyers could make a custom set by selecting their own set of 20 tokens(or whatever number they chose).
It makes their gift feel extra specialized compared to a store-bought gift. And after some time, you can adjust what you pre-make based on the best sellers.
If you have the xTool F1, you’ll also have the option of lasering some tokens while at the show. I do think that having some standard ones available and ready to go would be the quickest (you could just use the F1 for some more customized options).
Personalize Your Tokens
Tailor some tokens to specific preferences – a favorite homemade dinner, a movie genre of choice, or a shared hobby. This personal touch makes the date night experience even more special.
It’s easy to do with this file because I made sure to use a common font that comes installed on most computers. The font used is: Trebuchet MS

- Monthly Date Night Roulette: Dedicate a specific day each month to draw multiple tokens and plan your date nights for the entire month. It’s a fantastic way to keep the excitement alive!
