I know it’s time for back to school, not teacher appreciation week. But these welcome back ideas for teachers will come in pretty handy if you’re trying to get in good with your child’s teacher from the start.
If you’ve read my about me, that you may already realize that I have a special place in my heart for teachers. You see, before I started this motherhood journey, I was a special education teacher.
And I can tell you that teachers can definitely use a little extra love during the first week of school. It is completely hectic and full of long-nights, no true lunch breaks, sleepless nights, and lots and lots of nerves.
While your child (and possibly you), are nervous to start a new year, so is your teacher. So why not try one of these welcome back ideas for teachers to start their school year off on the right foot?
Now, I’m not talking about bribing your teacher (although some might wrongly appreciate that, too). I am talking about giving them a small token of your appreciation. Nothing expensive and definitely nothing overly complicated.
So let’s check out some really easy welcome back ideas for teachers. Each of these ideas includes a link to a FREE printable to make your own!
