Yearly calendars are so important when it comes to staying organized and tracking important events. These printable calendar templates will definitely help meet your organizational needs.

Free printable calendars are also a great way to save money. You can use old planner discs, a binder, or an old planner and my over 200+ freebies to create your own planner.

The version you see below can be downloaded for free at the end of this blog post. It is a simple design that is black and white with a pretty cursive heading. It fits seamlessly with many different planner styles.

Are these Calendars Dated?

Yes! The calendars are dated for 2023 and include every month of the year.

Check back to my site at a later time for next year’s calendar. Here is a link to the same design from the previous year (2022).

How Many Pages Does Each Month Span Across?

It’s a traditional 2 page split monthly design meant to go within a planner. Each individual page (half a month) is in portrait layout.

Not planning to use it in a planner? No worries! You could use them in other ways such as a wall calendar or desktop calendar (put up each page of the month next to each other).

I will have a single page calendar in landscape layout and portrait orientation soon.

What Paper Size are the Monthly Calendars?

They come in both letter size (which works in a Big Happy Planner) and Classic Happy Planner size.

You will print them both on letter paper but you’ll need to cut the Classic Happy Planner pages out.

But, you can print the letter size printable templates in different sizes to fit into any size planner or bullet journal. Use our directions here for how to resize printables for any planner.

Are the Monthly Calendar Templates Sunday Start or Monday Start?

Both! You can print either the Sunday or Monday start depending on your preference.

What File Types are Included?

The free calendars are available in a PDF format and as individual jpeg files.

You could import the PDF file into a digital planner program but the file will not be interactive as it was not designed specifically for a digital planner.

Can you Use this 2023 Calendar Printable in the Classroom as a Teacher?

Of course. Even though these files are for personal use only, that includes making copies of the calendars to use with students within the classroom. I always allow my free items to be copied by teachers for educational purposes.

In our district, the school no longer provides a free school calendar. So my free printable calendars would be a great way to help students stay organized in the classroom and track special events, homework, and more.

Does this Calendar Style Include Holidays?

No. This calendar does not include holidays. If you want to have the United States federal holidays on your calendar, you’ll need to download our seasonal style calendar (when it becomes available).

Is this a Custom Calendar that you can Edit?

Unfortunately, no. This is not an online calendar that you can edit.

No, the files are only available as digital files. You can use the download link at the end of this blog post to download them and print them yourself at home or another location.
